I attended the being in harmony with the other gender seminar in September and the content and speaker was so engaging and made a lot of sense!

Relevant for EVERYONE :)
I recently attended a seminar on Harmonising relationships between men and women which I found really insightful and interesting. I loved how the speaker took time afterwards to speak to people personally too. The courses are all based on ancient Indian/Vedic knowledge and philosophy but I would say they are relevant for everyour regardless of personal belief or level of knowledge. The temple is beautifull too! Will definately be going again:)

Healthy diet for healthier lifestyle
The speaker was brilliant! such an insightful course on diet and how each ingredient can affect our body and mood! The course has led to permanent changes in my diet so thank you! Also very well timed and organised course
